How we handle your information
Short, because there is not much to say: we collect little, we encrypt what we collect, and you can withdraw at any time.
Who we are
HuntEx is a product of Events Intelligence Ltd, a UK company. This notice covers huntex.app. The corporate site at eventsintelligence.com carries its own notice, and the two are written to the same rules.
Browser identifiers
If you allow it, this browser carries a private random identifier so we can see which topics interest visitors. It is not your name or email address and it is never joined to one without a further step you take yourself, such as opening a personalised link. The choice lasts 90 days and can be withdrawn on the device page at any time, which deletes the identifier and anything it was linked to.
If you choose essential only, nothing about your visit is recorded beyond what serving the page requires. Consent is per site and per browser: a choice made on eventsintelligence.com does not carry over.
Early access requests
The form on the holding page asks for a work email address and, separately and unticked, whether you would like the newsletter. The submission is encrypted in the browser session before it is stored, and only our own systems, which live away from this website, can read it. The acknowledgement is the same whether or not we already hold your address.
We use the address to tell you when HuntEx opens and to record that you asked. We use it for marketing only if you ticked the newsletter box, and every message carries a link to change that.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to marketing, by writing to Events Intelligence through the contact page on eventsintelligence.com. We do not sell data. We do not use automated decision making that produces legal effects.
